Cancellation and Refund
Once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and refunds cannot be made. Returns or exchanges are not acceptable.
Shipping and delivery
Currently we ship all over Karnataka state only. For other locations within India, kindly contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9901165368 for more information.
We will ship the order within 2-5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays) once the order is placed based on location. In case you have received damaged product, please make a video while opening the package from box and WhatsApp the same to +91 9901165368 within 8 hours of receiving items. It will be checked and verified for the damage claimed. On acceptance of the complaint, we will refund the value of the product within 5 working days.
